Report an offensive player name

On any leaderboard, tap ⋯ next to the player and choose Report name. We review every report and remove names that break the rules. Choose Hide player to stop seeing them straight away.

Delete your account

In the app: open Profile → Delete account and confirm with Apple or Google. This permanently deletes your account, your cloud scores and your leaderboard entries straight away.

Without the app: email rishabh@hars.ai with the subject "Delete my Retro Arcade account" from the email address you signed in with (or tell us your player name). We delete the account, cloud scores and leaderboard entries within 30 days and confirm by email. Anonymous usage statistics can't be linked to you, so there is nothing to delete there.

Scores not syncing?

Scores sync automatically to the account you're signed in with (Apple or Google). Make sure you use the same sign-in on each device; scores from another account stay with that account.

No sound?

Check Profile → Settings (Sound effects and Music), and on iPhone make sure the ring/silent switch isn't set to silent.
